The ALTRU Trainer Program is designed to create new opportunities for your growth as a leader, trainer and a human being making an impact in the world. Whether it’s on stage as a speaker, in the training room as a facilitator, in a boardroom as a business leader, or in your community. 

 

This rigorous, intensive, 6-month program will help you improve your speaking and presentation skills, provide the know-how of the mechanics and design of the transformational trainings, and increase your understanding and depth of distinctions. You will have an immersive experience with opportunities to work with a cohort of committed leaders and work directly with Master Trainers and coaches. 

 

The ALTRU trainer program covers the many components and skills it takes to be a world class facilitator, manager and leader; from public speaking to listening skills, from personality styles and style flexing, to creating buy-in and teams. Learn to read and manage your audience during your presentation, workshop or speaking engagement like a pro; skills that will transfer to any environment whether it’s an ALTRU training, a keynote speaking engagement or a corporate presentation. 

 

Those wanting to become trainers will learn what it takes and begin to acquire the skills and beingness required to be a transformation trainer. Graduates completing this program in excellence will be eligible for the ALTRU Trainer Intern program.
